Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

Went to Chorley today with a friend of mine to take some photographs of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints. Although I didn't take many photos it was nevertheless an excellent opportunity to see a church and its grounds that I had only glimpsed from the motorway whilst en route to other places.


I remember the church being built in 1998 and that they had held an Open Day, during which members of the public were invited in to look around. That privilege is no longer afforded to anyone outside the Mormon faith but they were quite happy to let us explore the grounds and take photographs.


Definitely a place for future visits.
