Gentle Stroll

I took possession of a car on Monday to replace the one that was stolen last November, so I decided to take the dogs for a stroll in Wilderswood. It was an opportunity to test out my injured knee before venturing on more challenging terrain, and that meant a gentle stroll was the order of the day.

Although the snow has gone, at least for the moment, from the streets of Horwich, there is still a goodly sprinkle of it in Wilderswood.

Only the water trough, I presume that's what it is, was visible at the remains of Rockhaven Castle.


The dog's didn't mind the snow in the least, it just made it more interesting chasing sticks.
